Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Shipping Time: Delivery times vary by location, we shop via Canada Post. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We are currently only accepting orders within Canada

  • Shipping Rates: Orders over $200 with receive FREE Shipping. Orders under $200 will be charged a flat rate of $14.95

  • Incorrect Shipping Information: Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order. Clothz is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping fees incurred due to incorrect information will be the customer's responsibility.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn't right, here’s how we handle returns:

  • Return Window: Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: All sale items, footwear, & hats and final sale merchandise are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Return Process:

    1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

    2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

    3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
